INDEPENDENT CARE WAIVER PROGRAM (ICWP)
Providence Care provides services to adult Medicaid members with physical disabilities who live in their own homes or in the community instead of hospitals or nursing homes. ICWP services are also available for persons with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) who have a severe physical impairment that limits them from accomplishing one or more activities of daily living.

Developmental Waiver Services (DD)
Providence Care, Inc. offers services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our services are based on the New Options Waiver Program (NOW) and the Comprehensive Supports Waiver Program (COMP), which are Medicaid waiver programs that provide individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to receive services in a home setting and in the community.

Community Care Services Program (CCSP) & Source Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE)
Providence Care, Inc. provides services through the Georgia Medicaid Programs. The CCSP & SOURCE are Medicaid programs that are designed to provide home care to the elderly, disabled, or low-income patients with a range of long-term health care services at home or in the community.

We also accept private pay arrangements and participate in a variety of private insurance plans.
