Providence Care, Inc., through the supervision of a Behavior Specialist, has individualized behavior support management (BSM), behavior support plan, safety plan, and crisis plan in the event there is a crisis involving an individual. Providence Care takes all measures to keep the individual safe. When changes are made to the support plan, our Behavior Specialist ensures that every staff is trained at a minimum upon hiring. Care providers are trained on how to look for indicators that an individual may need a Behavior Support Plan.
