Providence Care, Inc. is a provider of home care services for individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living. We care for the developmentally disabled, mobility challenged, chronically ill, and handicapped in the community.

We are staffed with skilled nurses, HHAs, RNs, LPNs, behavioral health specialists, companions/sitters, and care coordinators.
Do you accept clients through Medicaid waiver programs?
Yes. We currently accept clients who are eligible for waiver services, such as:
- Developmental Disability Services (DD)
- Community Care Services Program (CCSP)
- Source Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE)
- Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)

If I have any issue or concern regarding my services, is there someone I can talk to?
Providence Care has Quality Improvement Committee that addresses all service issues and concerns. Making sure our clients and their family members are happy and satisfied with quality service is our number one priority.
How do I get started with services?
You can call us at 678-489-2069 and request at care assessment with our care coordinator. You will be scheduled for an evaluation and from there, you will be guided on how to acquire our services, how often our staff will visit you at home and the extent of care that will be provided.
